Update History
Version 2.3 history
(show)Version 2.3.6.2586: 25 May 2014
- Fixed a bug with chord transpositions, where a blank chord marker { } was being incorrectly transposed.
- Fixed a bug with the display of author information on overheads, where the author information was not been correctly reset between songs.
- Fixed a minor bug with displaying the final slide marker, where the incorrect font settings were being used.
- Added controls to the overhead display dialog to allow the volume of media files to be adjusted.
- Arrow and Page keys now work when displaying media to go forwards or backwards through the overhead sequence.
Version 2.3.5.2585: 24 May 2014
- Fixed a bug with displaying video files, where a program fault could occur in some operating scenarios.
Version 2.3.4.2584: 23 May 2014
- Updated the help system, replacing the old CHM file with a standard set of HTML files. I've also updated the style somewhat, which should make the help files easier to read.
- Tweaked the animation speed for welcome and ending messages, to try to make them less jittery.
- Added left/centre/right alignment options for the display of titles of songs.
- Added left/centre/right alignment options for the interrupt message.
-
Added some new options for welcome and ending messages that should make them much more useful:
- Multiple slide support - Works just like songs, where a blank line between sections will create a new slide.
- Auto-Advance - Allows welcome or ending messages to automatically move to the next slide (if multiple slides have been entered).
- Loop - Allows the welcome or ending messages to loop until the operator intervenes.
- Updated the Create Song Document dialog and the Create Meeting Document dialog. The preview in the middle will now provide some information on the current state of the preview. If no songs or meetings have been added to the selected list, the preview will show "No songs selected" or "No meetings selected". If the selection list has been changed (ie. items added/removed/moved) and the document preview needs to be refreshed, the preview will show "Song/Meeting list updated, Refresh document to view", and the refresh document button will be highlighted in the toolbar.
- General code refactoring and cleanup, and a few minor bug fixes.
Version 2.3.3.2583: 8 May 2014
- New font options for overhead displays: outline, shadow and italic text can be selected for any of the text elements, with options to default all these items.
- The overhead display options dialog has been completely redesigned. Settings are now grouped by their type, rather than the section they apply to. So all the font settings are in one place; all the background settings are in one place, and so on.
- A new section has been added to the overhead options dialog, allowing you to quickly change the sample display between the different types of display, including different verse types, like "Chorus" or "Bridge".
- The whole process of setting background images for overheads, including all default settings, can now be done through the overhead options dialog. A global default background image can be set here, as well as defaults for songs, Bible passages, welcome and ending messages.
- Background images can now be used on interrupt messages, along with the new font options of outline, shadow and italic.
- Fixed a bug on the overhead display options dialog, where a program fault could occur if the "Bible" section is displayed and no Bible files are installed.
- Fixed a bug in the CCLI Download routine, where an error was occuring in the background that was preventing the song details from being populated.
- Tweaked the OpenLyrics import facility to better handle <comment> and <tag> elements.
- Help file updates and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup, and a few minor bug fixes.

- Fixed a bug with the overhead display, where the Bridge font selection wasn't being picked up on the display.
- Added the "Pre-Chrous" and "Ending" section types to lyrics.
- Added the ability to import and export OpenLyrics files. There are a few limitations with this format - see the help file for more details.
- Added the ability to import Bible files from OpenSong.
- Add a default font option for overheads, so you can change all font selections at one time.
- Help file updates.
- Code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2 history
(show)Version 2.2.11.2570: 17 April 2014
- Fixed a bug in the cleanup process when the program is closing, where a temp folder wasn't being checked for its existence before files were deleted.
- Fixed a bug with the printing system, where attempting to print song or meeting document to a printer that is not available would cause a prrogram fault.
- Fixed a bug when updating CCLI digital values during the process of printing song lyrics. The CCLI translation was also being updated unnecessarily.
- CCLI Translation field missing from Global CCLI updates dialog.
- Improved the way chords are transposed. The program now takes into consideration the key the song will transposed to, and ensures all transpositions are appropriate for that key. An example of this is that there will be no instances of "A#" appearing in a song transposed into the key of F. Instead the chord will be displayed as "Bb".
- Adjusted the Import dialog for UI consistency.
- Fixed an issue on the Import dialog where the status message about which items were checked was not updating correctly.
- Changed the Contacts Advanced Search dialog, to allow searching for both active and inactive members.
- When attempting to add inactive members to a meeting team a warning message will now be displayed.
- Inactive members will be displayed as dark grey on the contact list.
- Added background colour and gradient options for Bible passages, Welcome and Ending messages, so they can be different to song backgrounds.
- Updated the Overhead options dialog with new UI elements.
- Fixed a bug with the animation of Welcome and Ending messages, where the message would scroll off the screen completely.
- Fixed a number of bugs with exporting an overhead sequence to Powerpoint: font selections for a bridge or chorus were not being used; vertically centered text would cause the PPTX file to be corrupt; welcome and ending messages were not being included.
- Fixed a bug on the "Update CCLI References" dialog, where no data was being updated, regardless of the state of the "Update?" column.
- Fixed a bug with horizontal background gradients, where a margin would be visible on the right-hand side of the screen. It was particularly noticable when the primary background colour was set to something other than black.
- The Interrupt message dialog can now be opened and closed multiple times without any impact on functionality.
- Help file updates.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.10.2569: 14 January 2014
- Fixed a bug where opening the Backup dialog when no Bible files are present would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with advanced songs searches, when multiple themes are selected. Only the last theme in the list was being searched for.
Version 2.2.9.2568: 19 December 2013
- Added the ability to control the font, colour and alignment of the welcome and ending messages in overheads.
- Made the scrolling animation of the welcome and ending messages smoother.

- A number of layout adjustments to the overhead display options dialog.
- Added welcome and ending message sample displays to the overhead display options dialog.
- Fixed the sample Bible display on the overhead display options dialog, so that it now picks up the correct colour and font.
- Added a "Bookmark selected items" button to the selected item list on the "Create document", "Export data" and "CCLI Data Updates" dialogs, so any selected items can be quickly bookmarked.
- Updated the UI on the "Export" dialog to be more consistent. This involved moving the "Include file attachments" checkbox and "Export" buttons onto the selected lists toolbar.
- Cleaned up some UI elements on various dialogs for consistency.
- Fixed a bug with enhanced meetings, where additional text was being displayed incorrectly. Existing data is fine, although if records have been resaved data loss may have occurred.
- Help file additions and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.8.2567: 11 December 2013
- When printing a song document, and opening the printer settings dialog, the page ranges are now entered (they were previously defaulting to 0), and the "Selection" option is now disabled (because it didn't do anything).
- Chordsheet documents were having all their leading spaces stripped from chord lines, making most chord lines align incorrectly with the words.
- Fixed multiple bugs with including Bible references in overheads and exported in PowerPoint documents.
- Exporting an overhead sequence to PowerPoint can now occur without PowerPoint being installed.
- Printing song documents would occasionally cause a program fault when the dialog box is closed.
- Adjustments to the automatic test routines.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.7.2566: 12 November 2013

- Added more tests to the automatic test routine.
- Fixed the uninstall procedure that was not completely removing all files.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.6.2565: 6 November 2013
- On the overhead options dialog, when the Bible alignment options are displayed, the sample will now show a Bible reference, rather than a sample song.
- Fixed a bug where the order of service generated for inclusion in a meeting email would be truncated if certain item types were included.
- Fixed another bug with settings, where gradient direction settings were not been correctly stored and returned, meaning that they needed to be reset each time the program starts.
- Fixed a bug with the overhead interrupt dialog, where double clicking on the background or gradient colour boxes to swap the colours was not updating the sample.
- Added more tests to the automatic test routine.
- Some minor display tweaks for UI consistency.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.5.2564: 1 November 2013
- Added a facility to import songs, meetings, contacts or resources from a CSV file.
- Added more tests to the automatic test routine.
- Fixed a bug where some settings (like overhead alignment settings) were not been correctly stored and returned, meaning that they needed to be reset each time the program starts.
- Help file updates and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.4.2563: 28 October 2013
- Fixed a bug where a program fault would occur when creating a new database.
- Added a testing system to automatically test key system functions.
Version 2.2.3.2562: 27 October 2013

Version 2.2.2.2561: 25 October 2013
- Added the CCLI Translation field to the Options dialog.
- Fixed a bug with adding a Bible reference to an overhead display, where a program fault would occur.
- If a Powerpoint or media file is added to an overhead sequence, clicking on the "Clear list" button would not remove it from the list.

Version 2.2.1.2560: 24 October 2013
- Added the new CCLI reporting parameter, Translation.
- Added a backup and restore system. You can find the new functions under the "File>Data" menu.
- Fixed a bug with the Interrupt message dialog on the overhead display window, where a program fault was occurring when the dialog was opened.
- Fixed a bug on the rosters maintenance dialog, where attempting to add multiple meetings to the roster would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with the synchronisation process, where the WebLink field was left out of the sync tables and was causing errors.
- Fixed a bug with the synchronisation process, where attempting to sync a roster would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug where the list of selected rosters was being stored in a global settings file, rather than in the database itself. If you have multiple databases, with different rosters in each database, this could mean rosters would become unselected when different databases are opened. While this is now fixed, you may need to reselect any rosters you have in your database on the menu (under the "View>Rosters" menu).
- Help file updates and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.2.0.2559: 21 October 2013
Note: Due to changes to the CCLI reporting parameters, it is recommended that you apply this update to all computers that have Church Music Organiser installed, especially if you make use of the synchronisation system, or transfer data between computers using export (xml) files. There is a potential for data loss if you transfer data from a computer with the new version to a computer with an older version.
- Upgraded the spell checking system to be *not* dependant on any installed applications (like Microsoft Word). English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish dictionaries have been included.
- Redesigned the Options dialog.
- Added the new "Digital" CCLI reporting parameter, and removed the "Projection" parameter, to match with the new CCLI reporting requirements. An additional CCLI reporting parameter, Translations, will be added to the system in the next update.
- Cleaned up the automatic incrementing of CCLI reporting numbers. Saving an RTF or PDF version of a song, or copying the lyrics to the clipboard, will now only increment the "Digital" counter. Printing a song from the Create Document dialog will increment the "Print" counter. (Sorry, I can increment the print counter if you create a PDF and print from your PDF viewer!)
- Added a new menu option, under "CCLI", called "Global CCLI Data Updates". This form allows you to quickly make mass changes to CCLI reporting data for situations CMO can't monitor (like printing from a PDF viewer).
- Updated the CCLI Reporting system to the latest version.
- Added a version check for all XML export data (via a straight export or through the synchronisation system).
- Fixed a bug with the data list control used throughout the system (in places like the Create Document or Export forms). When the "All Songs" list is being displayed, and a search is initiated, the search results were not being returned. Also, clicking on "Current song listing", and then clicking on "All songs" again would reset the search.
- Improved the method of matching songs when imported as part of a meeting. Now, blank entries will be excluded from the additional matching criteria. For example, if the title is the same, but the source is blank in the current data, but populated in the export file, the source field will be excluded from checking and the record will still be matched.
- Fixed a bug when importing meetings, where existing records were not being matched if a file was imported multiple times.
- Fixed a bug where, after importing meetings, contacts or resources, if a specific meeting, contact or resource was being displayed, data in any dropdown list was being cleared. No data loss would occur for meetings and resources, and data loss would only occur on contacts if the current record was then saved.
- Fixed a bug with the advanced contact search form, where the "Active" field was not being set correctly when it was reloaded.
- Fixed some bugs with the grouping dropdown menu, where selecting "All" did not refresh the data list, and selecting "None" did not display a checkmark against the item.
- Fixed a bug when printing a meeting, where the team member list would sometimes duplicate members.
- Updated the meeting printing system to be able to save the document as RTF or PDF (the same as for song documents). When accessed via the "File/Create Meeting Document..." menu item, multiple meetings can be included in the output.
- The "Create Document..." menu item under the file menu is now hidden when the Contact or Resources list are selected. Also, the item will read "Create Song Document..." when the Song list is selected, and "Create Meeting Document..." when the meeting list is selected.
- When creating the text of a meeting for printing or emailing, if a song has been included that has been transposed, the transposed key will now be displayed, not the original key.
- When printing or emailing a meeting where an included song had a key but no tempo or beat, some trailing spaces were being left in the text. For example. "(Key: Eb )". The trailing spaces have been removed.
- If there is no order of service for a meeting, the "Order of service" title is no longer included in the printed output.
- Updated the "About" dialog to have clickable links to send an email or go to the Church Music Organiser website.
- Fixed the title of the message box displayed after successfully exporting resources or meetings.
- Fixed a bug with the sorting methodology, where number or date fields were being sorted as text fields.
- Fixed a bug where a program fault would occur if an invalid Bible reference was entered on one of the Bible reference fields, and the Bible text was displayed.
- Fixed a bug with the "Alpha song list (first line)" report, where songs with no lyrics would cause a program fault.
- Updated the "Songs used in period" report to include the usage count.
- Added new report "Song usage by meeting type", which lists all the songs used in a particular meeting type in a particular period.
- Added new report "Song usage (detailed)", which is a combination of the "Songs used in period" and "Song usage by meeting type" reports, with all meeting types included in the one report.
- Help file updates and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.0-2.1 history
(show)Version 2.1.4.2558: 15 September 2013
- Updated the CCLI reporting statistics system to work with the new CCLI reporting web portal.
- Updated the CCLI reporting statistics system to also report photocopy (MRL) stats to the web portal.
- Added a log file for the CCLI stats reporting, so it's possible to see what's happened over time.
- Updated the CCLI reference number lookup system to work with the new CCLI SongSearch website.
- Improved the status bar messages while looking up CCLI reference numbers to better show progress.
- Updated the "Update CCLI Information" dialog and processes. The dialog will now list all the songs that will be updated, and the type of update that will be made, allowing for greater visibility and control of CCLI events.
- When manually saving a document attached to a song via the toolbar, it will be assumed the document is a copy of music and the "Update CCLI Information" dialog will be displayed.
- Removed the "CCLI Reported" check box which appears to be redundant in the new system. Rather than needing to keep updating existing records in a reporting period, multiple records can be added, so keeping track of a "Reported" status is unnecessary. Also removed the "Reported" flag from the Options dialog.
- Corrected all references to the old CCLI websites, and pointed them at the new ones.
- Fixed some tool tips on the CCLI update dialog.
- Fixed some bugs in the CCLI reports where an error was occuring when the checkbox was ticked, and incorrect data was being returned.
- The record count label was missing on the CCLI reference update dialog.
- If the CCLI Photocopy licence flag is not set, the CCLI "Music" field and the "Update Music value" menu item are now hidden on the Song details page. Essentially, if you don't have a photocopy licence, these items are unnecessary.
- Fixed a minor display glitch on the Options dialog, where the "Music" field was being displayed even when the Photocopy licence check box was unticked.
- Fixed a bug with the rosters dialog where a program fault was occuring when opening the form.
- Improved the matching of existing records when importing data. For text type fields used in matching, lead and trailing spaces will now be stripped, and upper/lower case will be ignored. For example "McKay " (with trailing space) will now be matched to "Mckay".
- Help file updates and corrections.
- General code refactoring and cleanup.
Version 2.1.3.2557: 9 September 2013
- Added a "URL" field to songs, which can be included in meeting emails.
- Fixed a bug with the sync process that caused a program fault, when an update to a core table was being applied.
- Fixed some minor display glitches with the copyright display on overheads.
- Fixed an issue with emailing documents where the songs have been added as individual files. Where lyrics or chordsheets are not present for a song, an attachment file entry would still be added to the list, but because no file would be created an error would be shown when the email was sent.
- Fixed the tool tip text on a couple of buttons.
- Added the role and last performed date to the "Performed By" dialog, accessed from the Song toolbar. So if a team member has performed a song in different roles, you can see which roles, and the last time they performed that song in that role.
- Added the role and last performed date to the "Songs performed" dialog, accessed from the Contact toolbar. So if a contact has performed songs in different roles, you can see which roles, and the last time they performed that song in that role.
Version 2.1.1.2555: 20 May 2013
- Added diagonal gradient background options for overhead displays.
- Changed the way copyright information can be displayed on overheads: either on the bottom of each slide, or on the last slide. Also, expanded the options for displaying copyright information, including left, centre and right alignment, font size control, and including the song title and CCLI number in the copyright information.
- Added the ability to quickly swap around the background and gradient colors by double-clicking on either of the color boxes.
- Changed the gradient direction option buttons on the overhead display options dialog to be graphical buttons.
- Fixed a bug where the gradient direction wasn't being loaded correctly between sessions, but was instead always defaulting to "Vertical".
- On the overhead display window, when the overhead options windows is opened and changes are made, the changes were not being reflected on the currently displayed samples.
- The final slide "E" marker was not appearing if the copyright section was turned off.
- Fixed a bug on the overhead display window. If the overhead options dialog is opened when no item is selected in the selected items list, a program error would occur when the options dialog is closed.
- Added an option to include the CCLI song number in the copyright information when rendering song documents.
- Changed the interrupt display message to use gradient backgrounds, rather than an opacity setting.
- Interrupt message now displays over all other media, whether run through the sequence or not.
- Interrupt message can now be initiated even when an overhead sequence is not running.
- Added a progress bar to the interrupt display dialog, so the operator can see how much time is left before the message disappears.
- Updated SQLite library to version 1.0.85.0, and resolved some issues with installation components.
- Help file updates and corrections
Version 2.0.0.2553: 28 March 2013
- General items
- Added a database synchronisation facility. Click here to see an overview of how it all works.
- Fixed a bug with adding files to the database, where some loss of data could occur in some situations. In detail, the last byte of the file was being stripped off when the file was added to the database. In most cases this didn't have a material impact and files would open successfully in their associated viewers. For the new Microsoft Office formats though, that last byte was important. When you attempt to open an Office document from CMO, Office would report that the document was corrupt. However, Office could fix the issue itself during the load process.
- When importing items that have groups assigned to them that aren't in the current database, the grouping menus were not being updated immediately to show them.
- Fixed a bug when changing a database while there is unsaved data. If the user presses "Yes" to save the changes, the save was being made against the new database, not the current database.
- Fixed bugs on the advanced search windows where attempting to search for blank or non-blank entries (with Ctrl-B or Ctrl-N) would cause a program fault.
- Cleaned up what happens when you open CMO for the first time after installation. The main window was sitting in the background, half loaded (quite ugly!), and if you pressed "Cancel" on the question about where to find a database, some redundant error messages were being displayed.
- Changed the "Create database" dialog to use a listbox for status messages.
- When changing databases all song, meeting, contact and resource selections are now cleared correctly.
- When adding a group, pressing "Enter" in the group name field will now add the group without needing to also press the "OK" button.
- Expanded the System Report to include more information about any image files, and included some visual cues to indicate the report is running (mouse pointer change, and a message on the status bar).
- Upgraded the SQLite library to version 1.0.84.0.
- Updated the internal DB structure to correct a data type issue.
- General code refactoring and cleanup in lots of areas.
- Suppressed the irritating "beep" whenever you press enter in a text field.
-
Some small UI tweaks with vertical toolbars.
- Overheads
- Added a facility for displaying an interrupt or alert message while running a presentation.
- Fixed a bug when pressing the "Stop" button on the presentation controls toolbar. A program error was occurring.
-
On the Overhead display window, if a welcome or ending message has been included,
and it is highlighted in the selected items list and a preview is being displayed,
if the message is removed by unchecking the "Include" option, the preview was not
being cleared.
- Meetings
- Added the ability to save meeting items as a template for future meetings.
- Fixed a bug on the meeting display where, in certain circumstances, the meeting date would display a date other than the date of the meeting, although the underlying value was unchanged (so data loss or corruption was unlikely).
- When importing meetings, if a song has notes or timing information, and that information was overridden in a meeting, the overridden information was not being imported correctly.
- If an enhanced meeting is currently displayed, and a new meeting is created, the enhanced meeting button was not being reset correctly.
-
Songs added to an enhanced meeting via the "Add songs in group" or "Add bookmarked
songs" options were not being added correctly, and a program fault could occur.
- Resources
- Fixed tool tips on Resource toolbar.
- The "Select contact" dialog, used when choosing the contacts who are holding a resource, is now sorted by the default contact sort criteria.
- When importing resources that have contacts assigned to them, and the contact isn't in the current database, the contact list was not being updated immediately to show them.
- Changed the resource export format to use the text of the resource type, rather than a reference number.
- When importing resources, the resource type will be added if it isn't entered already.
-
Fixed a bug with the resource display, where the save required flag was being set
even when no changes had been made.
- Songs
- Fixed a bug when selecting background images. If there are a large number of files in the image folder an "Out of memory" error could occur.
- When deleting songs, added a warning message if the song is being used in a meeting.
- When deleting songs that are being used in a meeting, the item will now be completely deleted from the meeting. Previously, the item was being converted into an unspecified item with the song title in the description.
- Fixed a bug on the advanced song search window where you could not search for blanks or non-blanks in the key signature or tempo fields.
-
Reduced the size of the song title for song book documents.
- Contacts
-
Fixed a bug on the advanced contact search window where you could not search for
blanks or non-blanks in the first names or surnames fields.
- List Maintenance
- Fixed bugs when deleting meeting types, meeting item types, role types, or resource types. If the item is in use a warning message should have been displayed, but it wasn't. Also fixed the warning messages themselves that were displaying misleading information about songs.
- When deleting a resource type that is being used by the currently displayed resource, the screen was not being updated correctly when the list maintenance dialog was closed.
- Sorted the resource type maintenance list by the description.
- Fixed a bug on the list maintenance dialog, where pressing the "Delete" key to delete an item wasn't working.
-
Added a confirmation message to the list maintenance dialog if the user presses
the "Clear All" button.
- Rosters
- Fixed a bug that caused a program fault when saving a roster that has both groups and normal team members included.
-
Fixed a bug on the rosters window, where the size of new columns could not be adjusted
straight away.
- Help File
- Cleaned up a lot of messy HTML in the help file, as well as various updates and corrections.
Version 1.5 history
(show)Version 1.5.9.2552: 30 January 2013
- Fixed a bug with adding PowerPoint presentations to an order of service, either to a meeting or directly to an overhead display. A program fault would occur.
- Fixed a bug with displaying PowerPoint presentations, that was preventing the presentation from opening and closing properly.
- Fixed a bug with the contact display, where the save required flag was being set even when no changes had been made.
- Fixed a bug with the song display, where the save required flag was being set even when no changes had been made.
- Fixed a bug with the grouping menu, where selecting a group, and then unselecting a group was not reseting the list to display everything.
- Fixed a bug with extra list display item drop down list. Unselecting an item would not clear the extra list item, but would keep it checked.
- Fixed a bug on the meeting details page, where changing the extra list display item when no meeting was selected would cause a program fault.
- Fixed bugs with deleting songs or contacts that are being referenced in a meeting currently being displayed on the meeting page. Saving the meeting after deleting the contact or song would leave orphaned records in the system.
- Fixed a minor display glitch when adding songs directly to the overhead display where an additional field is included in the song list. The additional field was being copied to the overhead list unnecessarily.
- Fixed a bug with exporting overhead displays to PowerPoint, where the font size of lyrics would not be calculated correctly.
- Reduced the amount of screen flicker when initially displaying media or PowerPoint files.
- When changing the contact display format on the options dialog, the team list of the currently displayed meeting will now be refreshed immediately.
- When adding a group to an item, the update now happens immediately. You now don't have to save the record as well (this makes it the same as it is for bookmarking items).
- When adding a group to an item, the drop down menu will now remain visible so that additional groups can be added.
Version 1.5.8.2551: 22 January 2013
- Moved the "New meeting item" section to be located with the order of service list, so that meeting items can be added no matter where you are in the system.
- Fixed a bug with the Advanced Song Search dialog, where attempting to add search criteria into some fields would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with the Advanced Meeting Search dialog, where attempting to add search criteria into some fields would cause a program fault.
- Fixed another bug with the Advanced Meeting Search dialog, where attempting to search on item descriptions would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with the Advanced Resource Search dialog, where attempting to add search criteria into some fields would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with downloading songs from CCLI in flat or sharp keys, where the flat or sharp symbol was not being recognised, and some HTML code was being included in the Key field instead.
- Fixed a bug with the CCLI Download dialog, where the "Submit" button would not be reset in some error conditions.
- Fixed a bug with importing older Meeting export files that was causing a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with saving resources, where not having a number of copies set would cause a program fault.
- Fixed a bug with importing rosters, where groups attached to a particular contact were being added to the roster, when only the contact was to be added.
- Fixed a bug with deleting rosters, where the roster was not being removed immediately from the roster selection dropdown.
- Fixed a bug with importing rosters, where newly imported rosters were not immediately showing in the roster selection dropdown.
- Fixed a couple of bugs with adding groups to rosters.
- Fixed a display glitch with switching between rosters, where the grid of roles was not being reset properly.
- Fixed a bug on the roster email dialog, the "To" date could be defaulted to a date earlier than the default start date, if there were no future dates in the roster.
- Added a warning message to the roster email dialog to inform the user that there are only historic meetings in the roster.
- Corrected some errors in the help file.
Version 1.5.7.2550: 30 November 2012
